Description
English: The Phillips School, formally known as the Herring Hill Phillips School, was built in 1890 for African American children of the Herring Hill community of Washington, D.C. It is located at 2720 N Street NW in the Georgetown neighborhood and is a contributing property to the Georgetown Historic District. The building was converted into condominiums in 2002.
