Български: Удостоверение от Задграничното представителство на ВМОРО на Петър Юруков. Текстът долу е предаден със съвременен правопис.

"Удостоверение

Задграничното представителство на Тайната вътрешна македоно-одринска революционна организация удостоверява, че Петър Хр. Юруков от гр. Карлово е бил с четите в Македония от 10 април 1900 год. до 3 февруари 1902 год. и от 30 април 1902 година до 17 ноември 1903 г. като войвода на Тиквешката районна чета.

При това удостоверява, че същий Петър Хр. Юруков е ранен в дясната плешка в едно сражение при село Сборско, Воденско през месец септември 1901 год.

Настоящето му се дава да му послужи, където стане нужда.
