| Description | If you are looking for a quick, easy canning project, check out this recipe from Ball Jars' website. www.freshpreserving.com/recipe.aspx?r=115 This was one of the first canning projects I ever tried and this recipe turned out well. The pears sort of caramelize, while the ginger and lime brighten it up. This would make a great gift, or save for your self to stir into yogurt or put on muffins. (Or make a filled muffin with it. That would be pretty great.) |
