Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Popular Indian snack. The filling in the puri differs from place to place, person to person, family to family. The same applies to the pani. The filling in this picture is mashed boiled potato and boiled black gram. The main ingredients in the pani are tamarind water, which is mixed with herbs like fresh mint(pudina) and fresh coriander, and cumin powder(jeera), black salt, jaggery. These fillings are filled in the round crispy puris and then eaten.
