Summary[edit]

Description

c/n 862, l/n BT051 / 3420. Built 1991. Operated by 9 Sqn Royal Air Force based at RAF Marham, ZG750 carries a recreation of the 'Desert Pink' colour scheme worn by the type during the first Gulf War. The scheme was created to mark 25 years of RAF Tornado use on operations and has gained her the nickname 'Pinky'.
A few weeks after appearing at RIAT, 'Pinky' was flown to RAF Leeming and dismantled under the 'Return to Produce' (RTP) process, providing spares for the remaining active Tornado fleet.
She is seen departing after taking part in the 2017 Royal International Air Tattoo, her last public appearance.
