Description
English: Richeil Ashbrook, Navy Junior Reserve Officers' Training Corps (NJROTC), raises the Prisoner of War/Missing In Action (POW/MIA) flag during a ceremony at the POW/MIA Sentinel Memorial Fountain on National POW/MIA Recognition day, Sept. 21. The service was held to honor all veterans who’s remains were brought home this past year and remember those still labeled as POW/MIA’s.
