Description
English: 5R 1892 bisected stamp of Funchal. A city and administrative district in the Madeira island group in the Atlantic Ocean northwest of Africa, part of Portugal. Postage stamps of Funchal were superseded by those of the Azores. These, in turn, were displaced by the stamps of Portugal. Definitive stamp of the issue "King Carlos I of Portugal"; drawing with left-faces portrait of the King in circle and ornamented frame
