English: Pedestal of the wayside cross at 98 Ostenwalde Street (Ostenwalder Straße 98) in Hörstel-Ostenwalde, Kreis Steinfurt, North Rhine-Westphalia, Germany. The pedestal bears a relief of the theological virtues Faith, Hope and Charity, here symbolized by cross, anchor, and heart.
Deutsch: Neugotisches Hofkreuz aus der Zeit um 1900 an der Adresse Ostenwalder Straße 98 in Hörstel-Ostenwalde, Kreis Steinfurt, Nordrhein-Westfalen, Deutschland. Der hohe Sockel enthält eine symbolische Darstellung der christlichen Tugenden Glaube, Hoffnung und Liebe (Bild). Laut Denkmalliste des Kreises Steinfurt ist dieses Hofkreuz ein „künstlerisch ausgeprägtes Beispiel der Bildstockgestaltung des Historismus“.
