Español: Antigua estatua funeraria en el Parque Cementerio de Málaga, Málaga, España. La estatua pertenecía a la tumba de una víctima del incendio de la Aduana de Málaga, ocurrido el 26 de abril de 1922, y se encontraba originalmente en el cementerio de San Miguel. Fue trasladada a su actual ubicación cuando se produjo el desalojo del antiguo cementerio. Representa un pequeño ángel delante de una cruz. La inscripción en el cuerpo de la estatua dice: «¡Hija de / nuestra alma, / triste fue / tu destino!». En la base de la estatua, la inscripción dice: «Vda R. Baeza / Sta María 17». En la cara frontal del pedestal, la inscripción dice: «Víctima que fué / del incendio / de la Aduana, / Tu trágica muerte / subsistrá siempre en la / memoria de tus padres / que te dedican este recuerdo y nunca te olvidan». En la base realizada en mamposteria de ladrillo que sostiene el pedestal y la estatua, se sitúa una pequeña placa metálica donde se lee: «Estatua de tumba procedente del desalojo del / cementerio de San Miguel. Los restos fueron / reinhumados en este parque cementerio. 1992». |
