Summary[edit]

Description
English: This is an image of a typical North Indian Fish Curry that I prepared on 14 June 2015 at my Noida residence.

Ingredients: 1 kg Cat Fish, 4 table spoons of oil, 1 medium onion, two small tomatoes, garlic, ginger, green chilly, 4-5 pinch powder black pepper, little turmeric powder, 1/2 table spoon coriander powder, 1/2 table spoon Garam Masala, 1/2 table spoon meat masala, red chilly powder, 1/2 tablespoon mustered power, coriander leaf, and salt.

First, marinate your fish with turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. And then, heat a frying pan with sufficient amount of mustard oil in it, and fry the fish brown.

Now, we have to prepare the gravy. For that, we put a Kadhai with 3-4 table spoon of mustard oil in it on the flame and when the oil is heated up, put the onion, garlic, ginger, and green chili paste in the Kadhai. We fry the paste until the oil is separated from the paste. Then add adequate amount of water to the mixture. Keep boiling the solution until you feel an aroma of spices coming out of the preparation.

Again add a couple of glasses of water and cook for another ten minutes. Put the fried fish into the curry and garnish it with green coriander leaves. The curry is ready to be eaten.
