of Finance and Auditing Committee To the President and Board of Directors: URING the year 1924, the Finance and Auditing Committee, inorder to supply funds tor current expenses, authorized thesale of $10,000, face value of bonds, and the transfer fromthe General Fund to the Permanent Endowment Fund, of$2,000, face value of bonds. The purchase of $1,000, face value of bonds,was also authorized for the Permanent Endowment Fund. Four thousanddollars, face value of bonds, belonging to the Social Service InvestmentAccount, were ordered sold to provide funds to meet the needs of theSocial Service Committee. Details of all these transactions will be found in the TreasurersReport, which also includes a list of our investments. The bonds, stocks and mortgages belonging to the Hospital have beenexamined by two members of this Committee and found to be in order. The Treasurers accounts have been regularly audited each month byMessrs. John I. Cole, Son & Company. Edward H. Peaslee, Chairman.
