This is a small cove and fishing community called New Harbour. There use to be a fish processing plant here that was built here in 1947, now gone. The fishing industry has been slowing fading away as fish stocks go down. Even today the processing plants do not want to pay well for the catches. Many of the fisherman can be seen around all traffic areas and parking lots selling what they have to cut out the middle man. Last time I was looking lobster was being sold for $5.00 - $5.50 a pound by the fisherman.
