櫻子用シューズにニューバランスを新調。 サイズはナンと13cm（笑）。 面白いのはシューズは勿論、箱のデザインまで大人用と同じな点。 あまりのステキさに購入（笑）。 ・・・にしても、数ヶ月しか使えないのに、高いなぁ。。。 ___ 余談。 2006年にニューバランスが100周年を迎えたときの ”FOR LOVE OR MONEY ?”キャンペーンが好きだった。 以下、引用↓ スポーツには、２つのモチベーションがあります。 ひとつは、超満員のスタジアムで大歓声を浴びながらプレーすること。 もうひとつは、誰もいない夜明けの道で、黙々とトレーニングすること。 ひとつは、少しでも多くの契約金を獲得するためにアピールすること。 もうひとつは、少しでも大きな達成感でゴールテープを切ること。 ひとつは、世界で活躍し、リッチな生活を送る自分を夢見ること。 もうひとつは、練習後の心地よい疲労感に浸りながら夢見ること。 ニューバランスは、トップアスリートに使用してもらうことを一番の目的に スポーツシューズやウェアを開発しているのではありません。 レベルや実績に関係なく、ただ純粋にスポーツを愛するすべての人のために、 １世紀にわたり製品をつくり続けてきました。 だから今、あえてニューバランスは問いかけます。 ”スポーツには２つのモチベーションがあります。 あなたはどちらを選びますか？” ”FOR LOVE OR MONEY ?” スポーツすることの原点とは何でしょうか？ 自己ベストを目指して自分の限界に挑戦したり、 あるいはチームの勝利のために鍛錬したり。 それぞれのレベルで常に努力を続けている真のアスリートたちは、 すでに答えを知っています。 もう一度聞きます。 ”FOR LOVE OR MONEY ?”
