Description PITTSBURGH (March 13, 2017) Capt. Kenneth Collins, commanding officer of the U.S. Navy Band, meets with audience members following a Navy Concert Band performance at Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Hall in Pittsburgh. The U.S. Navy Band performed in nine states during its 23-city national tour, connecting the Navy to communities that don't see Sailors at work on a regular basis.
