| Description |
Français : Poisson NDOMBA Light est une Spécialité Camerounaise des zone côtières riche en poissons. C'est une recette à base de Poisson d'épices et de piment(dosé selon les goûts). Généralement fait avec le poiusson d'eaux douces, le Ndomba reste un met très apprecié des élites, de tout le monde et des personnes aimant des plats forts épicés. Le Ndomba s'accompagne avec un bon vin blanc camerounais ou vin de palmes (encore appelé Le MATANGO) ou avec une bonne bière bien fraiche . Le Ndomba peut aussi s'appeler "NGWEYA" selon les régions du Cameroun... Il s'accompagne de légumes tactiquement assaisonnés et passés dans des feuilles de bananiers et minutieusement cuits pour une saveur enivrante. Le Ndomba reste un plat rare car fastidieux à réaliser car il faut savoir choisir son poisson et le nettoyer (voir RS4B sarl pour la suite sur www.rs4b.com)
