Español: Retrato de la miniaturista española Teresa Nicolau Parodi (1817-1895), que era hija de Isidro Nicolau y Puig, secretario honorario del rey y oficial mayor del Parte de Madrid, y de doña Concepción Parody, hija del cónsul general de las Dos Sicilias en España. Aprendió a pintar al óleo junto a Vicente López, y llegó a ser una de las mejores miniaturistas españolas del siglo XIX, académica de honor y mérito de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Fernando y también de la Real Academia de Bellas Artes de San Carlos de Valencia. |
