Description |
English: Decorative copper alloy mount for a belt or harness. A quatrefoil flat symmetrical mount decorated with a four armed cross design, with central lozenge. The mount probably dates to the 16th or 17th century. There were two attachment rivets on the reverse, both now broken. Areas of the surface have corroded. |
