Bis 2019 war hier the Military Store, uniform and leather shop (eröffnet: 1997, Schließung: 2019, in der Motzstraße 18: 2000-2019), Inh.: Berndt Schulz, Motzstraße 18, Berlin-Schöneberg.

Das kaugummi-farbene Rohr im oberen Drittel des Fotos ist ein Abflussrohr, das zu einer nahe gelegenen Baustelle gehört. Hohe Grundwasserpegel in Berlin machen Entwässerungspumpen notwendig, um unterirdische Bauwerke wie Keller, Parkhäuser, U-Bahnen etc. zu errichten.

Location formerly the Military Store, uniform and leather shop (est.: 1997, closes: 2019, located Motzstraße 18: 2000-2019), former owner: Berndt Schulz.

The bubble gum colored pipe in the top 1/3 of the photo is a drainage pipe belonging to a near by construction site. High ground water levels in Berlin make drainage pumps necessary in order to construct underground structures like cellars, parking garages, subways, etc.
