Description
Nederlands: Kapel Saint-Martin met kruisbeeld (calvaire), Mont Beuvray (Bibracte - oppidum en voormalige hoofdstad van de Aedui), Saint-Léger-sous-Beuvray, Saône-et-Loire, Bourgondië.
De kapel is gebouwd in 1873 op de apsis van een ouder christelijk gebouw, dat op zijn beurt opgetrokken was daar waar zich een romeinse tempel bevond (een kleinere versie van de "tempel van Janus" te Autun).
Bij de huidige kapel staat een kruisbeeld uit 1851 ter ere van Sint-Martinus die in de IVe eeuw het evangelie verkondigde aan de bewoners van het gebied en volgens de overlevering Bibracte zou bezocht hebben.

La chapelle, construite en 1873 à l'emplacement de l'abside d'un édifice de culte chrétien plus ancien, à son tour bâti là ou se situait un temple romain (semblable, mais plus petit, au "temple de Janus" à Autun).
Près de la chapelle, un calvaire érigé en 1851 à la mémoire de Saint-Martin. Au IVe siècle ce saint évangélisateur de la population Éduenne aurait selon la tradition visité le mont en personne.
