Español: 1.La bomba Na+/K+ transporta sodio al exterior de la célula y potasio al interior, creando un gradiente electroquímico que favorece la difusión de Na+ hacia el interior de la célula y de K+ hacia el exterior. 2. El cotransportador Na+/2Cl-/K+, usando el gradiente de concentración que favorece la difusión del Na+, introduce estos tres iones a las células epiteliales a través de la membrana basal. 3. El K+ difunde a través de canales en la membrana basal hacia el fluido extracelular. El Cl- difunde por el citoplasma hacia la membrana apical y se expulsa al agua de mar a través de un canal Cl- pasivamente a favor de su concentración y carga. 4. El Na+ difunde pasivamente al agua de mar a través de canales intercelulares a favor del gradiente eléctrico negativo. |
