Description
Українська: Це модель найпростішого вірусу - проста зв'язка пептиду з геном на конкретній замкнутої поверхні Mrs (1.12 / 13). Одноелементний пептид включає набір всіх Ак з таблиці по одному. Елементи кожного рядка таблиці Ак відповідають своїй межі. Головною умовою такого розміщення повинно бути відповідність послідовності таких Ак таблиці Буртиконів (ТБ). Дійсно, така послідовність з Ак, яка задовольнить ТБ, виходить.
English: This is a model of the simplest virus - a simple connection of a peptide with a gene on a specific enclosed surface of Mrs (1.12 / 13). A singleton peptide includes a set of all Aa from the table, one at a time. Elements of each row of the table Aa correspond to their face. The main condition for such placement should be the consistency of such Aa tables Burtikonov (TB). Indeed, such a sequence from Aa satisfying TB is obtained.
