völlig winterhart. Langsur. /. A, Kleyhonz. Citrus trifoliata in Holland (mit Abbildung S. 283). Nebenstehend eine Abbildung von Citrus trifoliata. Ich fand diesen präch-tigen Strauch in voller Blüte in der Baumschule des Yiexxn, Jac, ßaissefi in N aar den,Mitglieds der DDG. Die Pflanze ist in Holland in geschützten Lagen völlig winterhart. Haarlem. Leotiard Stringer. Schlangenfichte (mit Abbildung S. 281). Im Schloßpark Gehren (Schwarzburg-Sondershausen) steht die auf S. 281 ab-gebildete Schlangenfichte. Das Bild ist vor 3 Jahren von der Frau Fihsiiii AnnaLuise zu Schwarzburg-Sondershausen aufgenommen. Den eigentümlichen Höhentrieb(nach meiner Ansicht ist die Fichte einmal abgebrochen) hat sie bis zum vorigenJahr ohne wesentliche Verzweigung beibehalten, wovon ich mich jährlich überzeugenkonnte. Ich schätze ihn selber auf 30—35 Jahre. Von dem verstorbenen Fürstenwurde die Fichte besonders gepflegt. Fürstlich Drehna, N.-L. von Wäljen. Nr. 23. Kleine Mitteilungen. 279
