Pierniki o różnych kształtach, wyrabiane z mąki, masła, jaj, soli oraz przyprawy korzennej, na którą składa się: pieprz, goździki, cynamon, imbir, kardamon i gałka muszkatołowa. Dekorowane lukrem przygotowywanym z cukru pudru i soku z cytryny. |
