Medieval purse frame
Description
English: A fragment of a copper alloy purse frame dating to the fifteenth century AD. The fragment of the frame is approximately L shaped in section and possesses two circular perforations. On the outer edge of the frame, there is an incised inscription which is impossible to decipher. The frame measures 29mm in length and 6mm in width.
