Medieval cast copper alloy purse frame.
Description
English: A section of a medieval purse frame, cast and made from copper alloy. Purse bar is missing, evidence of breakage at both ends of the frame. Frame is slightly curved, with two complete loops and two broken loops, these would have been where the purse fabric was sewn to the frame.
