Nixon Nitration Works Sued on Contract. Max Freudenberg of Newark, trading as the Newark Comb Manufacturing Company, today filed suit in the Supreme Court against the Nixon Nitration Works of Nixon. The plaintiff claims that the local firm agreed to accept a quantity of wine waste shipped by him and convert it into wine-colored sheeting, but they failed to do so. He claims $904.45 damages.

The Supreme Court of New Jersey is in Trenton, New Jersey. If the trial was in Newark, New Jersey it must have been a lower court. He appears as "Max Freidenberg" in the 1920 US census living in Newark, New Jersey where he listed his occupation as "eyeglass frame" manufacturer.
