View looking east from the east end of the lower deck of Bridge No. 1 (Fort Wayne Railroad Bridge), showing piles of construction material scattered throughout the yard. This is one of a series of photographs taken to document the raising of Bridge No. 1 (Fort Wayne Railroad Bridge) by the Eastern Division of the Pennsylvania Railroad.
