Description
Русский: На карте представлен современный ареал обитания овцебыка в вольном состоянии на территории России по состоянию на 2018 год. Таймырский ареал указан с учетом сообщений о распространении ареала овцебыка от мыса Челюскина до реки Хатанги и то, что овцебыки заселили территорию к востоку от реки Пясины. Участок Полярный Урал указан с учетом сообщений , что овцебыка видели в Ненецком округе и в республике Коми. Указан и остров Завьялова в Магаданской области на который выпустили овцебыков в августе 2018 года. Ареал на севере Магаданской области указан приблизительно на основе информации о том, что овцебыков выпустили в 170 км от поселка Ягодное в сторону Якутии и их число составяляет примерно 70 особей.
