English: Mallard on the former Wilts and Berks canal, Kingshill, Swindon The ice is very thin but is strong enough to bear the weight of ten of these common but appealing waterfowl. If I were a mathematician I might be tempted to calculate the pressure exerted by each foot on the ice but as I'm not I'm not. |
