English: RAF Sea King search and rescue helicopter, call-sign Rescue 25 from 1564 Flight based in the Falkland Islands, executed a long range rescue of a fisherman 200 nautical miles east of the islands.
A seriously ill fisherman with a suspected lacerated bowel and septicaemia was stretcher winched from the vessel, ‘Jacqueline’ in heavy seas and delivered to Stanley Hospital on the Island.
