English: Quatrefoil shape with square projections, the top engine-turned under white enamel centered by a .50 kt round old mine cut diamond and surrounded by approximately .75 kts of rose-cut diamonds; opening to reveal two circular locket compartments in yellow gold; with gold and diamond bail. Together with a white gold chain.
