Description
Deutsch: Der Lehrter Bahnhof. Darüber: Stadtbahnstrecke mit Lehrter Stadtbahnhof, Invalidenstraße und der sternförmige Bau des Zellengefängnisses Lehrter Straße. An der rechten Bildseite: Humboldthafen und ein Teil der (ersten) Humboldthafenbrücke, die Ende 2002 nach Fertigstellung des Berliner Hauptbahnhofs abgebaut wurde. Die Alsenbrücke (Mitte rechts unten) führt über die Spree zum Alsenviertel (links unten). Der Universum Landes-Ausstellungs-Park mit der Kuppel des 1883 gebauten Ausstellungspalastes ist links oben zu sehen. Der 1943 zerstörte Bau beherbergte ab 1936 die Deutsche Luftfahrtsammlung. Im 1892 gebauten „Marine-Panorama“, der Rundbau links vor dem Bahnhof, war von 1899 bis zu seiner Schließung 1915 das Deutsche Kolonialmuseum.
