Summary[edit]

Description
English: Lee County was created by acts of June 9th 1825 and December 11, 1826 from Creeks sessions of January 24th, 1826 and March 31, 1826. Lee County was named for Richard Henry Lee born 1732 and does 1794 who was a Virginia Congress man who on June 7, 1776 moved that the colony declared themselves Free and independent.
