Description
English: Landscape after Night Rain Shower, 1660, by Kun Can (1612—c.1673). Hanging scroll, ink and color on paper. The Palace Museum, Beijing. Kun can (Shiqi) became a somewhat misanthropic abbot at a Buddhist monastery near Nanjing. His works were typically inspired by the densely tangled brushwork of Wang Meng.
Français : « Paysage après une nuit de mousson », 1660, de Kun Can (1612 — c.1673). rouleau suspendu, encre et couleur sur papier. Musée du palais, Pékin, Kun Can (ou Shiqi), est devenu un sorte d'abbaye misanthropique dans un monastère bouddhiste proche de Nankin. Son travail est inspiré par les encres au pinceau denses et désordonnés de Wang Meng.
