Description
English: Lake Sevan in Armenia
The 9th century Armenian church and monastery, Sevanavank, can be seen on the right on Sevan peninsula. Before human intervention, the Sevan peninsula was once an island. (This picture is very high-resolution and makes for a great wallpaper.)
