Summary[edit]

Description
English: In 1904, "Mr Robinson", the editor of the North Wilkesboro Hustler reported that he had been standing by a pond with a young setter when some men came by and threw a lit stick of dynamite into the pond. The dog ran into the pond, retrieved the dynamite, and attempted to present it to Robinson, who fled; the dog pursued him, but was killed when the dynamite exploded.

I have no idea whether this actually happened.
