Ehemalige Fabrketagen im 2. Hinterhof der typischen Berliner Mietskaserne, Kulmer Straße 20a, Berlin-Schöneberg, bekannt als ein Gründungsort der Westberliner Schwullesbischen Bewegung.
Hier traf sich ab 1. April 1974 die (1971 gegründete) Homosexuelle Aktion West Berlin (HAW), aus dem unter anderem bekannte LSBTIQ+ Organisationen das SchwuZ (Abkürzung für SchwulenZentrum) oder das Schwule Museum hervorgingen. Im Januar 1975 gründetet sich das Lesbische Aktionszentrum (LAZ) und bezog Räume im 2. OG des Gebäudes. In der Tradition der LAZ arbeiten vor Ort nach wie vor die Organisationen Lesbenberatung Berlin e.V. und LesMigraS. 2010 eröffnet auch das Theater O-TonArt im Haus.

Laut Angaben der Betreiber schloss das Theater im März 2020 seine Pforten für immer. Die ehemaligen Räumlichkeiten wurden vollständig saniert, entkernt und heute als Tonstudio von einer Firma genutzt.[1]

Beginning on April 1, 1974 the Homosexuelle Aktion West Berlin (HAW) (founded 1971) met here. The group gave rise prominent LGBTIQ+ organizations like SchwuZ (short for SchwulenZentrum), Schwules Museum, and many others. Not long after the HAW the Lesbische Aktionszentrum (LAZ) was formed, taking up quarters on the 2nd above ground floor of the building in January of 1975. Organizations like Lesbenberatung Berlin e.V. and LesMirgaS continue to have their offices in the building to the present day. In 2010 the Theater O-TonArt opened its doors in the building.

According to the management, the theater closed its doors forever in March 2020. The premises were completely renovated, gutted and now used as a recording studio by a private company.[2]
