Description
English: Knyazhikhina - chansonette of the Nizhny Novgorod Fair (photo taken between 1895 and 1905) Chansonette is a playful song that was performed in cafesantanas. Later they also began to call the singer who sang such songs. These are photographs of such singers who performed a similar repertoire at the Nizhny Novgorod Fair. Some combined this occupation with prostitution. Photographer Maxim Dmitriev.
