Description
English: KNOW YOUR CITY, NO. 57 -- This place has a high number, but it still doesn't quite reach 100. There's also a band here. Which is appropriate. Because its symbol has horns.


ANSWER: High number? Horns? Sure, what else could it be but Los Angeles Elks Lodge 99, located at 607 Park View St., across from MacArthur Park. Now, don't you feel rather foolish for not recognizing it?
