Summary[edit]

Description
English: KNOW YOUR CITY, NO.189 -- First, you should have a confession: Couldn't learn too much about this old building ourselves. But, it is on a prominent corner on the East Side and has been there since 1889. Swanky then.

ANSWER: The cupolaed structure in the photo is, if you couldn't read the sign, the old Cummings Block on the northwest corner of E 1st St. and Boyle Ave. It was built originally as a hotel and it still is one.
