Description
English: A kindness meter, using a former parking meter, which allows people to donate money to charity rather than giving it directly to panhandlers (beggars). The purpose is to prevent panhandlers from spending money on alcohol or drugs. Ottawa, Canada, 2011.
Français : Un parcmètre du coeur, utilisant un parcmètre ancien, qui permet aux gens de donner de l'argent à une œuvre caritative plutôt que de le donner directement aux mendiants. Le but est d'empêcher les mendiants de dépenser de l'argent en alcool ou en drogues. Ottawa, Canada, 2011.
