Summary[edit]

Description Across the street from the abandoned building is a Duquesne Electric substation (or something). The entire building is covered with grating, locks, and "keep out!" style signs. This area is recessed from the street and houses some big technical looking gear (on the right side of the picture). The street is not well lit at night, but this area is lit by the floods (in the center of the picture). And of course it gives off a nice mechanical whine at all hours.
