- One storey local grade listed corner building Built in 1904-1905. Art Nouveau. Architect Lipót Baumhorn. Remodelled in 1935-1936, and 1950s. - Here are bronze shop sign sculptures by Géza Stremeny (installed in 2000) A female cloth with hat and umbrelle, and a man cloth with scarf and hat - 14 Kárász Street=4 Kölcsey Street, Belváros (Inner City) neighborough, Szeged, Csongrád-Csanád County, Hungary.

- Saroképület 'Wagner-palota'. Wagner Gusztáv nagykereskedő, a Szeged-Belvárosi Kaszinó tagja, sarok bérháza Szecessziós, 1904–05. Terv: Baumhorn Lipót. 1935–36-ban átalakították. Az 1950-es években lakásmegosztások történtek. Az igényes üzletportálokat és e a homlokzatokat lecsupaszították. A Kárász utcai oldalon, az első emelet magasában táblán „1905” áll. Zárt erkélyek, tetejükön nyitott kilépők csipkeszerű kovácsoltvas korláttal. A lépcsőházak igényes színes üvegmunkáit Por Sándor szegedi üvegfestő készítette.
