فارسی: بازارچه گوشت و کباب جویبار در بیشتر نقاط مختلف شهرهای شمالی کشور روزانه بازار هایی برپا می‌شود که معروف ترین این بازارها جمعه بازار است. در میان جمعه بازارهایی که در شهرهای مختلف مازندران برپا می‌شود جمعه بازار جویبار بزرگترین و معروف‌ترین آن است . ویژگی مهم این جمعه بازار محل مخصوصی است که در دل بازار بر پا کرده‌اند که به فروش گوشت و کله پاچه، قلم، سیرابی و انواع مختلف کباب و جگر و جغول‌بغول اختصاص داده شده است. بیشترمردم و دَکهِ داران این بازار معتقد هستند اگر بازار گوشت وجود نداشت جویبار مهد کشتی ایران نمی‌شد. گوشت سالم و تغذیه مناسب را عامل کشتی خیز بودن جویبار می‌دانند.در گذشته روستاهای سراج کلا، لاریم، چهارطاقبن، گِله کلا، گَرزمون، شهابلیلم، شورکا، دولت آباد، خوشاب و کارکنده به دلیل نزدیکی تا محل برپایی این بازار بیشترین فروشنده‌ها از این روستا ها بودن و عمده محصولاتی که در این بازار فروخته می‌شد محصولات کشاورزی و دامی مردمان این روستاها بوده است. بر طبق رسمی دیرینه کشاورزان روستاهای اطراف جویبار پس از پایان فصل برداشت برنج به نشان برکت دوستان و خانواده خود در بازار گوشت به صرف خوردن کباب دعوت می‌کنند یا به اصطلاح شیرینی برداشت محصول را می‌دهند. به گفته موسپیدان این منطقه قدمت این بازار بیش از صد سال است. |
