Summary[edit]
DescriptionJournal.pone.0199534.g001.A.png |
English: Nipah virus replication cycle. NiV enters a cell, where the viral genome is released, leading to the initiation of transcription and the accumulation of viral mRNA transcripts. In addition, the viral genome is transcribed into a full-length anti-genome, which is used to generate additional copies of the NiV genome. Viral mRNA transcripts are translated into viral proteins, leading to virion assembly, encapsidation, and virus release. |
