Description
English: Sapropterin dihydrochloride therapy in dihydropteridine reductase deficiency - phenylalanine levels in a patient over 3 years. Blood l‐Phe tested from dried blood spot using tandem mass spectrometry (normal range: 25‐90.7 mcmol/L). The arrow represents the start of the 20 mg/kg/day sapropterin dihydrochloride treatment. The administration of 30 mg/kg/day was initiated in March 2019
