Description
English: On the flood-protection embankment on the right bank of the Yangtze near Panjiawan Town, Jiayu County, Hubei, near the 272 km Hubei right-bank marker. The sign says: "On the flood protection embankment and in the embankment-protection area, it is strictly prohibited to construct buildings, to pasture livestock, to drill wells, to dig cellars and graves, to dry grain, to store materials, to plant agricultural crops that need support poles, to dump mineral waste, stone, coal ashes, mud, or trash, to carry out mining activities or archaeological excavations, or to carry out trade. [Posted by] Siyi flood-protection embankment, Panjawan embankment management section."
