English: Interview with Dr. James A. Banks, generally regarded as the founder of the multicultural education discipline. Dr. Banks discusses multicultural education, global education, and his thoughts on the current state of education in America. He was one of my professors when I was a student at the University of Washington and is the director of the UW College of Education Center for Multicultural Education.
