Description
Deutsch: Jakob Probst, 1923, Wehrmannsdenkmal. Zum Andenken für die im Militärdienst stehenden Grippe- und Unfalltoten aus der Baseler Landschaft (Spanische Grippe-Epidemie 1918). Das Denkmal musste 1934 überarbeitet werden. Aus der Skulptur wurde ein Eichenblattzweig? herausgemeisselt und anstelle des offene Buch auf seinen Knien, ein Helm darauf gesetzt.
