English: Official invitation to presidental elections in Belarus, 2015 (delivered by post), reverse. Private information is painted in black. Translation from Belarusian: Notification. — Dear voter (voters)! — On 11th October 2015, election of the president of the Republic of Belarus will take place. — We invite you to take part in the voting from 8 to 20 in the polling station No.[30], which is situated at: [Minsk, A.Bačyly street, 13] [School No.210] — (address of the polling station) — Phone number of the local voting commission: [344-31-02]. — If you can't vote on the polling day, we inform that according to the Voting Codex of the Republic of Belarus you have a right to vote preliminary from 6th to 10th October of this year (including the last day) from 10 to 14 and from 16 to 19 in the local voting commission's premises. — You should have a passport during the voting. — Local voting commission.

Допускается литерное обозначение номинальной стоимости почтовой марки;

Comment – According to interstate and international compacts the Republic of Belarus is the legal successor of the Byelorussian Soviet Socialist Republic, therefore this license tag is also applicable to official symbols and formal documents of the Byelorussian SSR.
